Becoming a Referral Agent means you get to keep your license active without all of those costly additional fees! There are no MLS, Office or insurance fees when you hang your license with us. Your transaction fee covers everything you will need to make income using your real estate license, including E & O Insurance. Each referral check will have $14.99 deducted from as a transaction fee and that covers EVERYTHING.
